Ulfwin Turval
Spoiler warning: Articles include story details through Episode 47 of the main campaign and all three episodes of Parental Advisory.
Ulfwin Turval is the nobleman who governs Sestone. The introductory narration describes him as fair, just, and respected, though he rarely mingles with townspeople. He oversees trade taxes and business relations.
At an annual celebration marking winter's transition into spring, he toasts the town's well-being and strikes a large gong. Guthber, who calls him the mayor, says Ulfwin sent requests for help to major cities, including Pendilor.
