Dragon King

The Dragon King is central to the beliefs of the Hand of the King and Keepers of the Dance. Captain Landis recounts a tradition of dragon brothers of light and void, with the void brother going mad and disappearing. This is an attributed tradition, not an independently demonstrated creation history.
Crispin says his faction awaits the Dragon King's return to rebuild Kyranda. Rory later names the Dragon King as the destroyer of his homeworld and connects its presence with Todd's petrified rat and the intrusion into his trial.
Todd's vision through the Brambleford rupture reveals a vast watching presence among many portals. The vision alone does not conclusively name that presence. Its complete plan remains undisclosed.
