The rune-marked giant
Spoiler warning: Articles include story details through Episode 47 of the main campaign and all three episodes of Parental Advisory.
A huge dark-green, rune-marked giant emerges through a purple portal near Jimbo's farm and directs four gnolls toward the livestock. Its precise species and name remain unconfirmed.
Thormir's Moonbeam reveals the missing tooth matching the relic from his destroyed village. The connection drives his anger, but the encounter does not fully explain the earlier attack.
The giant uses powerful magic, disintegrates one subordinate and nearly kills party members with Cone of Cold. Malcius revives Sefi after she falls unconscious. The giant survives and escapes through its portal. It is distinct from the stone-axe cave giant faced during Rory's trial.
